The Event 
NSS Labs Cyber Security Conference at the Ritz Carlton Battery Park in New York City. The day long conference featured guest speeches by Michael Chertoff and President Bill Clinton.

The Solutions
Creating a completely customized event space to fit the client’s vision for their conference. We transformed the ballroom by covering and carpeting the existing ballroom, surrounding the room with pipe and drape, creating a unique and intense lighting plot to provide the “tech and security field” along with a huge LED wall and custom built podium to batch the aesthetics.

A truly unique day conference produced in a custom setting with lighting changes and content visuals projected to keep the attendees constantly engaged in the atmosphere.
